Toby the Clown Foundation, a 501-3C non-profit corporation, was founded by Keith "Toby" Stokes to teach the art of clowning.

Two schools for adults, January and September and two schools for children (Junior Joeys), April and August, are held each year. Students are taught all aspects of clowning: makeup, costuming, character development, skits, ballooning, face painting, and more. The Foundation operates a Museum and Gift Shop offering clown items of interest, including an autographed picture of Lou Jacobs, a world famous clown, old clown shoes, an original unicycle, and more. Clown makeup, costumes, magic, and tricks can also be bought.
